There’s A Light (A Poem)

I’m all alone, it’s lonely, its dark inside
There’s no one to call friend by my side
I’m all alone, clouded by my thoughts
In a net of my feelings, I’m caught
I’m alone, no one understands me
Dizzy spells, blurred lines that’s all I see
I’m all alone, everything seems to mock me
Suicide says if I take my life, I’ll be free

I’m all alone, it’s lonely, its dark inside
There’s no one to call friend by my side
I’m all alone, clouded by my thoughts
In a net of my feelings, I’m caught
I’m alone, no one understands me
Dizzy spells, blurred lines that’s all I see
I’m all alone, everything seems to mock me
Suicide says if I take my life, I’ll be free

Hi, there, are YOU ALL ALONE?

But hold on, there’s a light
That’s right, I found Christ
The dark tunnel, the blackout
It’s over, there’s no doubt
Depression lost it’s hold on me
I’ve been to the cross, I’ve been made free
I want the whole world to see
That no matter how much life disagrees
There’s hope for a better tomorrow
Jesus came and bore our sorrow

Does life feel burdensome and does nothing seem to work?

Forget worry, fear and anxiety
Forget the stares of society
Pray to God in sobriety
And He’ll break those chains regardless of the variety
The devil and his demons will walk away quietly
That’s what God can do, He’s complete, He’s the epitome of entirety

Have YOU tried GOD? Try Him Today!

He did it for me, so He’ll do it for you
Go to Him today and let Him show you what He can do
